us?Home - AVB MarketingPosition Summary/Objective:The AVB Audio
Visual Manager will manage the operations of the audio-visual
aspects of the events unit to ensure professional quality
audio-visual technical support as needed for meetings, social
events, receptions, etc.This position requires the candidate to
reside in Las Vegas, Nevada and commute to our Las Vegas Office,
Warehouse, and Experience Center 3 days a week. Travel required
50%.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Hire, train,
supervise, and oversee scheduling of personnel to provide labor
necessary to set and operate equipmentSets up and maintains the
sound, video, and lighting systems in meeting areasOperates the
sound, video, and light systems for assigned shows and
eventsAssists in setup and strike of equipment for different events
across various venuesHandles all tech requests from internal teams
and events set upHandles all department set up needs from setting
up/tearing down staging to putting up banners for eventsAssists in
the safety, proper maintenance, repair and technical work of any
event sets, meeting spaces and conventionsAssists in necessary, the
collected effort of any technical work needed for stage/meeting
space set-up and breakdownEnsures proper sound, video, and lighting
for stage shows, meetings, and conventionsMaintain a flexible
schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training,
maintenance, and evening eventsOperates motorized vehicles, i.e.
hydraulic and electrically powered hi-reach (man lift) and hand
toolsMaintain system service information and personal daily work
logsThe incumbent is expected to perform other duties necessary for
the effective operation of the departmentRequired Skills and
Abilities:Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a
teamExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to
effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a
professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company
standardsThe physical demands described here are representative of

variety of other team membersEducation and Experience:High school
diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in related
discipline preferredThree years' experience in setup of sound,
lighting and audio/visual systems requiredPhysical
Requirements:Must be able to work in an environment ranging from
controlled to moderately severeMust be able to climb, stand, bend,
and stoopMust be able to work in cramped areas for extended periods
of timeMust be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
