Job Description:
Position Name--PM Role: Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage
projects from inception to closure with adherence and tracking to
client objectives, project scope and goals, schedule commitments,
and budget Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and
managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones,
dependencies and work with multiple internal and external
stakeholders Ability to understand the audience and adjust
communication to meet audience need and business purpose. Ability
to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand
complex business problems and identify solutions. Adherence and
leadership in executing and delivering with quality. Understand
client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation
to and in support of the client adoption and use of client
products, solutions, and services. Identify solutions to client
needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate. Identify and
capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and
strengthen the client business relationship 50%+ travel is required
to perform onsite implementation activities Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities: Superior written/verbal communication and presentation
skills. Strong interpersonal, listening skills, problem resolution
and conflict management Disciplined, highly organized and detail
oriented. Customer-focused and highly driven. Intermediate
knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Project, Visio. Mandatory
Skills Project Management, Change Management, Customer Relationship
Management, Customer Engagement, Business Analysis, Maintenance
Operations. Good to have Gaming / Casino experience a plus. (1.)
Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
(2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and
customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data
and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time
delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure
process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical
design discussion and to review technical documents
