  • You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/ department
  • You will provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience and instill accountability for providing consistent, positive patient interactions that differentiate the organization as a healthcare leader
  • You will support the achievement of internal and external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations
  • You will manage admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care
  • You will buildsa competitively superior organization through attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent and ensure people with the right skills and motivations are in the right role, at the right time, to meet business needs
    What qualifications you will need:
    • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required;
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred- if no Bachelor's Degree at time of hire, required enrollment and completion within 3 (three) years of hire/ transfer
    • 2.5 years applicable experience required
    • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation- Required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)- Required
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)- Required
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required
    • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI)- Required. Grace period of nine (9) months - new hires/ transfers must obtain within specified time frame
