Position Name--Test Manager Job Description: Mandatory Skills: Good experience into Gaming Domain. Ap Test Manager, Project Management, Change Management. Test automation architecture Technical / Professional Skills: Understand business requirement to extent to coordinate meetings with Business teams, Product owners, Analysts, Partner systems to finalize solution. Experience on Agile and Waterfall. Should have experience in testing Android/iOS apps Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders). Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product Testing Team Analyze use cases and requirements to design automation features. Enhance and extend the test automation framework, system, and libraries. Guide offshore and onsite teams. Provide support for automation issues for multiple project teams Ability to test the Kiosk, LMS, POS, Infinium, ACSC, CRS, Table, Slot and Gaming applications Ability to participate and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Hands on SQL queries and database concepts, Ability to support user queries with the right spirit and optimal resolution time Expertise implementing automation in multiple channels (API, Web Browser, Mobile Browser and App, Desktop). Hands on expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents (4.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (5.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
