Ref ID: 606481Classification: Accounts Payable Supervisor/ManagerCompensation: $45000.00 to $50000.00 yearlyMatch invoices with receivers, purchase orders and requisitions.Audit invoices to determine accurate coding to proper general ledger accounts.Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.Prepare and review payment runs for accuracy, payment terms, and proper approval.Maintain required Accounts Payable documents and record.Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on vendor accounts, including telephone, mail or email correspondence.Provides excellent service and communication to internal customers and external vendors, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.In conjunction with department management, mentor other AP associates and provide input regarding training, performance management, problem resolution and otherParticipates in and assists with coordination of month end closingCommunicate problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient mannerPerforms other job-related duties and projects as assigned.Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Required:At least three years of Accounts Payable Lead or Supervisor experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (example Word, Excel).Working knowledge of a three-way matching system.Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
