CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS -is seeking a -GENERAL MANAGER -to
join our newest restaurant opening in Las Vegas, Spring 2023!
-Located at the bustling and iconic corner of Las Vegas Boulevard
and Harmon Avenue, in between Aria and The Cosmopolitan, across
from The Shops at Crystal and Paris, Ocean Prime Las Vegas will be
the anchor restaurant in the 63 Las Vegas development. The
restaurant will be over 14,000 square feet with a nearly 2,500
square-foot rooftop terrace, and will include over 400 seats, three
bars, and three private dining rooms. Guests will experience
stunning settings and vibrant energy complemented by truly genuine
hospitality, and indulge in an impressive menu of seafood and prime
cuts of steak, signature cocktails, and a Wine Spectator-honored

restaurants across the country from Beverly Hills to New York City,
and 18 different concepts in 13 -states plus The District of

division, Cameron Mitchell Premier Events, and a food hall chef
incubator, Budd Dairy Food Hall.
Essential Responsibilities: include the following and other
responsibilities that may be assigned:
1. Adheres to standards of professional appearance, personal
cleanliness, and proper uniform. Displays confidence and a friendly
disposition at all times.
2. Maintains, supports, and promotes our Culture and
Philosophies.
3. Ensures all products are served to the proper
specifications.
4. Ensures all financial policies and procedures are followed.
5. Ensures all equipment is properly maintained.
6. Controls all food and beverage cost to maximize
profitability.
7. Ensures maximum associate, guest, vendor, community and partner
satisfaction.
8. Maintains sanitation of the restaurant to exceed all Health
Department standards.
9. Maintains proper security of all restaurant personnel and guest
property.
10. Maximizes sales and revenue opportunities.
11. Manages managers and hourly associates by creating an
atmosphere for on-going leadership and mentoring thereby utilizing
tools like to-do lists, job performance evaluations and daily
one-on-one meetings.
12. Understand and protect the financial assets of the company at
all times.
13. Communicate in a timely and professional manner with the five
major groups we do business with.
14. Understand and be in compliance with all policies, procedures,
and laws related to unemployment, food handling sanitation, and
alcohol service with a restaurant.
15. Familiarize all newly hired associates with practices of
restaurant and oversees training of all associates.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages three or more managers and
supervisors who Directly supervises all FOH associates and carries
out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding
and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving
