JOB DECRIPTION
A nationally known company is in URGENT need of a Client Service Manager at their independent, privately held, fee-only wealth management firm. In this role, the CSM will provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Advisors.
Primary Job /Responsibilities :
The Client Service Manager assists both Private and Institutional Clients.

  • Opening new client accounts as well as creating households
  • Executing cashiering, money movement, and ACH requests
  • Assist with answering phones and handling all client service issues within capacity
  • Review Advisor emails and respond to all inquiries within a timely manner
  • Prepare paperwork for client meetings while ensuring all required forms are completed accurately within proper time parameters
  • Schedule and sit in on periodic client review meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on all service needs post-meeting
  • Process new business for advisor and assist in the on-boarding of new clients
  • Track pending business paperwork; updating various systems and communicating effectively with appropriate parties within the Firm
  • Assist advisor with marketing efforts, such as following up with referrals, updating contact management system with names of prospects.
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Maintain and update client contact records using the Firm's CRM
  • Maintain and organize client files in the Firm's Document Management System, including copies of all signed applications and forms
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail/correspondence
  • Maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming items Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
    • Experience working with performance reporting software, CRM databases, and document management software a plus
    • Working knowledge of personal financial planning topics and strategies; basic understanding of industry rules and regulations is required Skills/Knowledge
      • Demonstrated competency in consultative sales and building mutually beneficial relationships
      • Proven credibility with target client base
      • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and disciplined and to work independently
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex and technical information
      • Must be organized, detail oriented, and effective in building trust and confidence
      • Must possess business maturity and be personally impactful with a high level of integrity
      • Familiar with Apple/Mac products
