General Manager and your team of Bartenders will be active in the community to promote our concept through community events. General Manager in this position will ensure their team always executes stellar customer service, will set high standards for service and hospitality, and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. General Manager will manage liquor costs and inventory, plan, and organize events, and provide knowledge, guidance, and training to the bar staff. The General Manager will address and resolve customer complaints quickly and always with a smile! General Manager needs to practice and ensure cleanliness and safety in all dining areas and beverage areas, including the bar, liquor, and wine storage areas. The General Manager will oversee all operational reports, forecasts, budgets, and finances.

  • 3+ years of high-volume experience in a bar or music venue with over an annual revenue of $7 million is required of the General Manager - - - - A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait General Manager must possess
    • The General Manager will need 3+ years of Bartender or Bar Management experience - - - - As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the General Manager
