• Excellent opportunity for growthJob Details*** MUST live in the Greater Las Vegas area *** Qualifications:* 3+ years of recent Public Accounting experience * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related field * CPA License highly preferred* Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax law changes* Experience supervising multiple engagements* Experience leading and supervising staffJob Duties:
  • Perform tax projections, structuring and modeling
  • Tax return preparation as needed
  • Oversee engagements including planning, organization, execution & coordination of assignments, while ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Supervise, inspire, motivate and hold staff accountable
  • Review staff work for accuracy and completeness
  • Maximize personal charge time and that of staff
  • Develop an understanding of the client's business and become a "functional expert" in the area
  • Communicate effectively with senior and subordinate staff as to status of work, deadlines and budgets
  • Communicate important developments to the engagement manager along with facts, conclusions and recommendations
