Job Description:

--- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to
work on multiple projects

--- Must have valid driver's license

--- Masters Programs or Master's Degree: Architecture,
Engineering, Construction, Management (preferred but not necessary)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- - - - -Ability
to sit at a computer desk for long periods of time

- - - - -Clear
speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond
appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the
ability to work with occasional hours outside out of that range as business
necessitates. The candidate must have good organizational skills, be
self-motivated, possess good time management skills and can communicate with
people on all levels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Most of this position is in a
professional corporate office setting dealing with our senior leadership, other
departments and customers.

Occasional visits to active job sites is required with
this position.
