Job Description:
- -This position is responsible for providing prompt, accurate
and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel.
The Key Account Manager serves as the direct link between the
company and its key clients, servicing existing claim/benefit
inquiries and resolving day-to-day client needs, as well as
strategizing with the producer at renewal and new business
opportunities. -
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred. Three years employee group benefit experience, knowledge
of benefit enrollment systems, benefits compliance, and presenting
skills preferred. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good listening skills and
attention to detail. Currently have a Life and Health license.
