A company is looking for an Associate Director of Employee
Experience in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee global onboarding process and employee engagement
strategies
Develop recognition programs and lead employee engagement
surveys
Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and organize
team-building activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's or law degree preferred
8-10 years of HR management experience, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
certification preferred
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office
Suite
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
