*Hiring Immediately! **Tax Supervisor/Tax Manager***Job Pay Based on Experience ($90,000-$125,000)*Job Summary:This job posting is a bit unusual.As you will see as you read this opportunity, My firm is at a point where I will not be able to take on additional clients without additional support of a Senior Tax individual or Partner. I am not interested in merging, as I am set in my ways, and want to continue servicing the clients as I have done successfully throughout my career.Our mission at Mark Ringel LLC is to develop relationships with our clients and become their trusted advisor. I am looking for a Tax Supervisor or Manager, who not only understands tax, but also interpersonal relationships and someone who is entrepreneurial. I am not only looking for a Tax Manager, reviewer and researcher, but someone who wants to be involved in every aspect of the business with me, that will help our business to grow and could provide for my eventual exit.Our firm is a bit unusual. While we expect our team to work hard, we feel they should also enjoy their life as well. During tax season, we work from home on Fridays. Outside tax season, we work 10-5 and from home on Fridays. Hopefully, this can continue if I find the right individual. I expect the work to get done and rely on our team to provide the work timely and accurately, in other words professionally. If overtime is needed, I do not ask the team to work overtime, I ask only that they get the job done. So, I would say the firm is very flexible.
