Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee and
manage our key accounts across North America. In this role, you
will be the primary point of contact for senior-level partners,
addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently. Your
responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to
launch new projects, communicating progress on initiatives,
educating current accounts on new products as they are developed,
and forecasting key account metrics.

- Know the -customers in the assigned portfolio inside-out:
markets, products, open issues and -upcoming -projects, -main
-competitors, performance, and business history.
- Stay -up to date with company products and services, identify
-industry trends, -and help communicate and implement them with the
internal customers
- Establish a straightforward onboarding journey for our
customers.---
- Ensure customer retention goals and drive customer adoption for
Aggregation services and Content products.
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively
enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide customer training and guidance. -
- Proactively drive new business internally - identifying key
content per market/brand.
- Identifying and defining opportunities for account growth as
well as efficient account operation.
- With the support of Senior Management, you will drive the
commercial negotiations, and marketing proposals, such as Wizard
promos, Network promos, etc.
- Help forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Main point of contact for entering new markets, and adding new
content for the internal customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for the kick-off of new
projects: will be the one identifying the correct stakeholders to
be involved and contact them for a Partnership Manager to be
assigned, a dedicated tech team, QA, etc.
- Working with internal teams to ensure client performance
expectations are met and implement various technical solutions in
support of commercial strategies to maximize partnership.
- Prepare internal and external presentations utilizing data and
analysis to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Actively communicate -with relevant departments, to ensure the
timely and successful delivery of solutions according to our
partners' needs and objectives.
- Handle the paperwork for additional vendors and brands.
- Main point of contact for organizing internal meetings for
internal customer project updates.
- Occasionally travel to -meet the internal customers if and when
needed (customer events, face-to-face meetings, etc).What We're
Looking For
- Knowledge and experience in the iGaming industry is a
must.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills: The ability to keep track of
multiple projects and deadlines is essential for this role, as it
involves coordinating and executing multiple initiatives at
once.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven: The ability to work mostly
independently and with attention to detail, driven and motivated by
targets and unlocking business opportunities.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, presentation,
facilitation, and listening skills comfortable addressing
opportunities and concerns both internal and external.
- Strong collaboration skills: a natural team player who is
curious, energetic, and motivated by collaborating with members of
the sourcing, finance, technology, and optimization team.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making: The
ability to derive commercial decisions and timelines from data

ExpectationsUp to 25%Pay Range$119,422-$221,785Pay Rate
TypeSalaryOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing
near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all
positions will be based on several factors such as experience
level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay
equity.
