Job SummarySodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to fill a Clinical Nutrition Manager position at HCA MountainView Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical nutrition program, overseeing Sodexo's patient nutrition services and providing direction and training to the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience and drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical, ancillary staff, administration, and represent Sodexo on hospital-wide committees.
• Provide supervision, training, and development for 5 Registered Dietitians and hourly patient services associates and RST associates for bedside ordering.
• Oversee Sodexo's menu management system (Healthtouch) and manage the clinical program -80% of the time, with 20% of the time providing patient care as needed.Requirements
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
  • At least 13 months of experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • 3 years of experience as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.What We Offer
