Job Description Regional Sales Director for Manufacturing Company whose customers in Nevada and Arizona are in the hospitality industry including hotels, resorts, casinos, purchasing and hotel management companies and hotel design groups. Candidate and Position Description: The individual they are seeking will have a broad base of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with management, and one who is interested in using that experience to meet with senior level management executives to provide them a wide variety of textile and hospitality products for guest rooms and meeting facilities. This person will have experience managing the sales business within their defined territory. There is an existing client base of customers and the Sales Director will generate additional new business through the company’s lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing while updating and maintaining contact records within the CRM system. This is a permanent position and this person will be home based, preferably in the Las Vegas area. ​ Company: The company is one of the largest leading textile manufacturers and distributors supplying the hospitality industry (e.g. hotels, resorts, casinos, purchasing and hotel management companies, hotel design groups), institutional laundries and a variety of other vertical markets for over 40 years. The company currently has over 5,000 partnerships with various hotels, brands and chains globally. Compensation:

  • Base: $70-80k (based on qualification)
  • Commission: Opportunity for $40k+ (based on performance)
  • Total anticipated compensation, plus benefits: $110,000 - $120,000 Key Responsibilities: CRITICAL Sales management experience in the hospitality industry as either a National Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Sales, or Director of Sales; Regional DOS/M or other management role within the hospitality industry. 3-5 years of B2B experience with lead management, client list management, and digital campaign management a plus High-energy personality with infectiously positive attitude. Must be ambitious, motivated and sales-minded in all disciplines Must be a great problem solver and have critical thinking skills. Ability to think “outside the box” Must have great communication skills with good grammar, writing and editing skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task with excellent time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Previous experience and proficiency with CRM systems; knowledge of sales operation systems and business goal setting skills a plus. EXPECTED Review of Salesforce CRM intelligence data daily and maintain an active business journal of sales revenues, client’s needs and expectations into the system. Contact leads through phone or email daily to ensure quick 24-Hour response time for all business requests. Identify needs and available budget/revenue expectations from your clients and as well as regional forecasting of expected revenues. Regularly educate customers on available products and solutions through effective customer-focus selling techniques and professional services. Nurture and cultivate all sales leads by weekly sales trips, qualified solicitation emails and other sales tools and resources to achieve desired results in sales activity and revenues. Responsible for the migration of all lead generation initiatives into the CRM daily. Works closely with marketing team members and other regional sales team members to qualify, nurture and appropriately manage all leads. Work with management and marketing in providing suggestions or business ideas to bring forth successful sales and marketing campaigns. Regularly update contact records and maintain integrity of the Salesforce CRM database. Achieved assigned budget & revenue goals through a balanced approach of sales solicitation activity that is blended by personal sales calls, email & marketing campaigns, trade show participation, sales missions and other sales concepts.
