Senior Manager - ERP/Back Office

We are searching for an experienced Senior Manager - ERP/Back Office at our Las Vegas. NV or Asheville, NC facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, ERP/Back Office role is part of the Technology Services team reporting to the head of IT. This role is responsible for ensuring that the company achieves maximum value out of their investments in ERP and back office enabling tools.

Job Duties:

-- Lead business process transformation in the back office that drives value to Operations and Customers.
-- Define projects and programs to support the strategic direction of the company
-- Provide internal project management coupled with external vendor project management to deliver solutions
-- Oversee the change management process for upgrades and new solutions
-- Choreograph administrative support priorities (supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing and maintaining the environments);
-- Work with the various modules of the ERP ecosystems including: Order Entry/Integration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR, Inventory, and any associated integration technology
-- Ensures that a proper program of backup, disaster recovery and security is in place and aligned with the organization standards
-- Support the change management processes driving behavior, process, and adoption of system changes
-- Serve as the point of contact within the Information Technology group and across key business functions, analyze procedures, and work with partner organizations to develop strong solutions and execute projects
-- Working with service providers, coordinate daily support, resolve issues, administration and maintenance for the platform to ensure that service levels and critical items are being managed appropriately
-- Assure testing and other quality assurance work is planned and executed
-- Provide implementation guidance, document business requirements and design processes
-- Establishes a set of standards and processes for managing, updating, adding to the environment which establish consistency across the company, reduce risk, and promote efficiencies in support of the organization's goals and objectives
-- Analyze tickets and requests logs with support to determining modification priorities
-- Maintains critical relationships with key service providers to manage the ecosystem
-- Plans budgets and investment business cases in support of strategic direction/projects

Required Qualifications:

-- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business preferred
-- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology; 5 years of relevant experience
-- Manufacturing industry experience mandatory
-- Experience working with and managing outsourced service providers on daily support and large projects/programs
-- 4-year college degree in related field preferred - Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
-- Knowledge of support of most modules in ERP systems (manufacturing, material masters, supply chain, inventory, logistics, etc.; a variety of tool experience is required)
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- Knowledge of and working capability with vendors for Master Service Agreements (MSA), Terms and Conditions (T's and C's), Statement of Work (SOW), Change Orders, Service Level Agreements (SLA)
-- Self-directed with excellent initiative and organizational skills; with no daily direction
-- Works well with teams and multiple project settings
-- Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
-- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

Exempt Salaried - Regular Full-Time
