Job Title:----Community Association Manager (CAM)Reports To:----Board of DirectorsClassification: Full Time, On-Site CAM, Las Vegas, NV-------------------------Manage a homeowner's association of 400 units-------------------------Communicate directly with the Board of Directors on HOA matters.-------------------------Act as liaisons between the Board of Directors and homeowners.-------------------------Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of common areas.-------------------------Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for the HOA.-------------------------Maintain HOA accounting and other records.-------------------------Assist the Board of Directors on policy matters, to ensure compliance with governing documents and state law.-------------------------Understand the HOA's financial position, monitor budgets, manage assessments collection policies, reporting financials statements.-------------------------The manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of common area maintenance and working closely with service providers to insure all common areas are safe, well maintained, ensuring contracts for services are appropriate, competitive and performed according to specifications and communicating any deficiencies of services to the contractor, issues to be resolved and effects of non-resolution.-------------------------Providing a high level of customer service - timely answering of phone calls, responding to emails and other correspondence.-------------------------Documenting and maintaining records.-------------------------Reviewing policy and making recommendations for policy generation and implementation procedures.Core Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position: -------------------------Must be professional in both appearance and character.-------------------------Commitment to the highest level of customer service.-------------------------Good decision making abilities.-------------------------Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-------------------------Detail oriented.-------------------------Excellent time management and follow-through skills.-------------------------Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously with the ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.-------------------------Works well independently and has ability to multi-task projects-------------------------Must have a team oriented attitude-------------------------Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment-------------------------Bilingual-fluent in both English and Spanish a plus, but not required.Minimum Qualifications:-------------------------Minimum 2 year experience with Homeowner Association Management-------------------------Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of a community association.-------------------------Minimum 2 year of customer service and/or office experience-------------------------Computer proficiency in MS Office--Word, Excel and Outlook-------------------------Working knowledge of VMS--Village Management Software (or similar) a plusLicenses:-------------------------Candidate is required to possess Community Manager Certificate from NREDSALARY:DOE with benefits eligibilityPlease submit availability and salary requirements to
