ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Occupational Therapist is
responsible for the evaluation and treatment of occupational
therapy patients at the hospital and satellite clinics toward care
- As assigned by the Manager/Director of Rehabilitation Services,
they provide supervision of staff.
- This person must implement the spirit and philosophy of the
Adrian Dominican Sisters and will ensure that the rights of the
patient and/or family are safeguarded (by observation and
- Completed all accredited education requirements to be in
possession of a valid license in good standing, enabling them to
practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Nevada.
- Ability to communicate effectively utilizing computer, verbally
and in writing in English.
- Ability to perform basic functions of Microsoft Office.
- LIC OT = Licensed Occupational Therapist in State of NV.
- CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHAPreferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of hospital based, acute care practice.
- Completed post graduate education, or possesses certification
or CEU's in Acute care, geriatrics, splinting, hand therapy,
orthopedics, pediatrics, NICU & neurology or any other clinically
- Advanced experience with computer software programs and
clinical documentation in Hospital based practice.
