Job Description:

- Location: Nelis Airforce Base- Las Vegas, NV(with 40 miles commuting radius)**Start date- ASAP- Minimum 6 months Commitment* License needed- Full,active and unrestricted Any state license accepted* Credentialing time-:6-8 weeks Acceptable Boards- American Board of Urology Certified (M.D or D.O)*BLS,unrestricted and Active DEA* 2 years of experience within last 36 months*Security investigation and backgroung check required*Immunization and TB Screening required* Pay rate- CompetitiveAll Inclusive as 1099 independent contractors. On-call for holding beeper extra $8/hour and if you end up going to the hospital- regular hourly rate applies*Minumum Experience needed- 2 years**Other benefits- $2000 Relocation bonus, $5000 Retention Bonus Every year*Schedule- 8-hour shift- 5 days a week. This is a 24 hour inpatient facility. Clinic hours are 0730 -1630. * Outpatient clinic + Call. The contractor shall perform On-Call services under this contract. Split call 1:2 to include 2 weekends a month, which may land on a federal holiday or family day. Contractor shall perform on-call services for 3,300 hours annually and up to 100 overage hours EMR system Military facility EMR
