Job Description:
New NeuroHospitalist Listing - (NOT HCA)
- Join a Neurohospitalist team that services highly reputable
hospitals with a renown Neuroscience service line. They start with
having a patient-centered, holistic approach with personalized care
and are meticulous on accurately diagnosing the true causes of
Neurological conditions. The Neurological team uses some of the
latest advances in Neurological care including Neuroendoscopy,
Intracranial Neurosurgery, Deep Brain Stimulation, tPA,
Endovascular Surgery, a Biplane Suite, Gliadel Wafer therapy,
Transcatheter embolization, inpatient headache program, targeted
Chemotherapy treatments and more.
- Average 30-35 consults per day.
- Access to Telemedicine.
- 1 in 3 call. Stroke call is 1 in 2.
- There may be an outpatient component that develops for patient
follow up.
- Because coverage is provided at JCAHO Stroke certified
facilities, there is a preference for the new Neurologist to be
fellowship trained in Stroke, but not required.
- The compensation package is competitive and you'll have a rich
benefits package that has relocation and a sign-on bonus!
***This is NOT with HCA.
This location allows for you to live in some great areas far away
from the Vegas strip. There are communities with strong public
school systems, access to private schools, very affordable housing,
yet quick and easy access to the recreational fun activities of Las
Vegas. Reminder - NO STATE INCOME TAX in Nevada!
