Job Description:
Job Description Reviv in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one
medical front desk/receptionist to join our 39 person strong team.
We are located at 4 clinics along the strip inside hotels/casinos.
We are hiring full time and part time. They both have minimum shift
requirements Receptionist The REVIV receptionist will understand
and be able to educate customers about REVIV preventative health
and wellness products and services. These products and service
include vaccinations, COVID-19 testing, REVIV IV and IM therapies,
and lifestyle genetics analyses. Customer Service Skills -- To
follow the customer journey flow with customers to determine their
needs and goals and suggest REVIV products and services that align
-- To support with managing the REVIV customer journey from arrival
to discharge by greeting customers, helping with check-ins,
answering phones, and providing relational customer experience --
To implement and embrace the REVIV brand guidelines -- To manage
the REVIV bookings process and schedule concierge calls using REVIV
electronic medical records (EMR) -- To receive and answer telephone
calls from REVIV patients Team working -- To work as an effective
REVIV team member -- To implement REVIV ---s Values of respect and
integrity -- To attend and participate in monthly team meetings and
commercial initiatives -- To develop and maintain professional
relationships with all REVIV employees -- To support and shadow new
REVIV employees as part of the REVIV induction program -- To
communicate effectively using all company and individual
communications -- Managing water delivery drop offs and restocking
fridge for cold water -- Checking mailroom for deliverables --
Notifying Ops Manager of any HIPAA/Medical Chart requests from
customers -- Sending needed office and cleaning supply list to
Clinic Manager or Operations Manager Financial Reporting -- To
complete all necessary financial data on the Electronic Medical
Record/POS System -- To complete daily reconciliation process for
cash and card payments -- Validating any customer discounts and
entering into the EMR -- Managing and updating cash log at the
beginning and end of each shift -- Editing tip log -- Splitting
cash tips with nurse at the end of each shift -- Tracking repeat
customers, new customers, packages sold, guests left without being
seen, and missed concierge calls -- Creating and sending daily
summary based on information gathered throughout the day Continuing
Professional Development -- To ensure all training is completed on
REVIV Academy -- To participate in 1 to 1 meetings and personal
development reviews -- To attend training course as and when
required General Responsibilities -- To be a key holder for the
identified REVIV location and to ensure the security of the clinic
is maintained during opening hours and opening and closing of the
clinic -- To work flexibly across REVIV locations covering annual
leave and sickness -- To be flexible where possible to ensure we
can be responsive and accommodate customer appointments -- To carry
out any other duties or tasks as required by your line manager --
To work on a flexible schedule over 7 days, including weekends,
nights, and holidays Requirements -- Minimum of high school diploma
or equivalent -- Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience --
Must be able to work full-time -- Superior interpersonal and
communication skills -- Strong computer skills and ability to work
