We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Analyst like you to be a
part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Analyst
is responsible for designing, developing and analyzing supply chain
and clinical data as it applies to clinical products, clinical
technology and clinical excellence initiatives utilizing business
intelligence applications and data analytics. This position will
support the Division and Facility Clinical Resource Directors by
understanding their objectives and data information needs; and will
translate this information into a format that will improve clinical
decision making within HealthTrust Supply Chain.
- Develop methodologies to perform financial analysis and
interpretation of supply chain purchase history data to identify
cost reduction opportunities
- Benchmark cost and clinical data through applicable business
tool applications
- Perform ongoing analytics, tracking and analysis for supply
chain initiatives
- Develops an in-depth knowledge and understanding of appropriate
applications such as Business Objects, QlickView, Tableau, and
Power BI to identify clinical and cost variation
- Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables, with a
high degree of accuracy, throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform comparative analysis on cost per case procedures to
include benchmarking, surgeon and product variation, waste,
noncontract spend and contribution margin
- Perform centralized division analysis and tracking of data to
include contract compliance, maximizing tier commitments and
documenting savings
- Complete analytics for product conversions, product
standardizations and warehouse item adds
- Develop presentation content for monthly operating reports and
value analysis meetings
- Facilitate the organization of project activities into
manageable work efforts
- Utilize a process improvement approach to develop, enhance, and
share solutions to improve data analytics
- Provide support to the team with additional analytics as
requested. What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent
experience is required
- Minimum three years' experience managing multiple projects to
successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis
required
- Proficient in the use of all software provided in Microsoft
Office Suite required
- Experience is preferred in healthcare financial services,
clinical operations, supply chain, or information systems oriented
environment preferred
- Previous experience working in information technology product
support or product development preferred This role requires you to
