USC Keck Las Vegas Primary Care is seeking a high-risk primary care physician to care for their vulnerable patient population in a brand-new facility in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will work five 8-hour shifts per week in a clinic open Mon-Sat, 8 am to 7 pm, with flexibility to choose days worked. The new provider will see high-risk patients coming from the hospital with multiple comorbidities and requiring follow-up on uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, bleeding disorders, etc. Candidates with a penchant for population health will appreciate our practice setting.Opportunity Highlights
