SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse will work collaboration with clinical team in developing and maintaining client's treatment plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct focused assessments by collecting data through observations, examinations, interviews, and recording in the health record in an accurate and timely manner,

Actively participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care



QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree from an accredited nursing program.

Certification/Licensure in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Practical Nurse

CEDs certification preferred

Minimum of two years of in a behavioral health field or eating disorder experience preferred
