Poised to be a leading paradigm in Womens Healthcare in Southeastern Nevada, a new women's healthcare group seeks to add superior OBGYN Generalists to its innovative model. This expanding group approaches womens healthcare from a unique perspective fostering a symbiotic relationship between value-based results and optimal safe and efficient protocols which exceed the standard of care and result in better outcomes for patients and babies.
Successful candidates will approach the practice with open minds, a keen interest in learning, and a commitment to providing the highest level of quality care to all patients. The ability to work in a collaborative environment with each other as well as with womens healthcare subspecialists is a requisite. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to be Residency-trained in OB-GYN, professional, compassionate, and responsive to all patients with excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing quality care, and an interest in and dedication to teaching, supervising, and promoting education. Candidates with previous practice experience and resident candidates or candidates completing a MIGS Fellowship program will also be considered.
They are looking for 3-5 OBGYN generalist physicians to join existing practices in Las Vegas and bedroom communities in Las Vegas. The call will vary with group size but should be 1:5-1:7 and groups are well-balanced and do a good mix of both OB and GYN. Physicians will be mentored and will scrub with other physicians for at least the 1st 6 months of employment. This group is also looking to add Laborists (for 15 12 hr shifts monthly), CNMs, and MFM physicians.
