As a -Community -Pharmacy Technician, -you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Work Location: -650 North Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110
Schedule: -Monday - Friday. 8hr shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST
Primary Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions and verifying appropriate information
Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record
Fulfillment of prescription orders
Ability to interpret prescription orders and enter into pharmacy system
Answering the telephone utilizing appropriate etiquette
Documenting interventions and tracking outcomes with Pharmacy team
Resolving customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) -
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Nevada
2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician including insurance claims processing, rejection, and resolution , and knowledge of laws and regulations in regards to scope of practice
Intermediate level of proficiency with computers using Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Able to stand for entire shift (8 hours)
Able to wear mask for duration of shift, if required

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish/English

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $16.00 to $28.27.
