Job SummarySodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to lead our clinical nutrition program at HCA MountainView Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager II, you will be responsible for managing the nutrition services team, overseeing patient meal programs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical nutrition program, including patient meal planning, nutrition education, and menu management
• Supervise and train a team of Registered Dietitians and patient services associates
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, administration, and patients
• Drive performance improvement and quality management activitiesRequirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification
  • 2-3 years of experience in acute care management and/or leadership
