Join Our Team as a Clinical Nutrition Manager IISodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to lead our clinical nutrition team at HCA MountainView Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager II, you will be responsible for managing the clinical nutrition program, providing supervision and training to a team of Registered Dietitians and patient services associates, and overseeing Sodexo's patient meal rounding and menu management system.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinical nutrition program, ensuring compliance with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care.
• Provide supervision, training, and development to a team of Registered Dietitians and patient services associates.
• Oversee Sodexo's patient meal rounding and menu management system, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality patient experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience and drive performance improvement and quality management activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical, ancillary staff, administration, and represent Sodexo on hospital-wide committees.Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and registration within 120 days of hire.
  • At least 13 months of experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • 3 years of experience as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.What We Offer:
