Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa. By delivering top-notch guest experiences and maintaining room presentability you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.THE SCHEDULE: On CallSpa Hours of OperationMonday to Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PMTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
• Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Perform a range of services including but not limited to Swedish, and Deep Tissue ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
• Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous mannerTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must currently hold a Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
  • Currently holds or is able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card
  • Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
