Description: Physician, Endocrinology and Diabetology When you join

lives possible.” About this role: As a Physician in Endocrinology
and Diabetology , you will work with a team of healthcare
professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent
patient experience. In this role you will focus on the endocrine
system, including metabolism, growth, and mood. Manage conditions
such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and
reproductive hormone imbalances. This position includes a $30,000
sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and quality
incentive program can be up to $30,000.00. Position Highlights: -
Ability to participate in clinical service line expansion projects
- Collaborative team approach to decision making - In clinic
testing/ diagnostic availability: - HbA1c testing with resulting
within 7 mins - Dexcom CGM Pro placement & monitoring - Bone health
and calcium metabolism management- Infusion/ injection therapy -
Endocrine suppression & stimulation testing including Cosyntropin
stimulation tests - RN clinical support - Partnership with CDE and
RD for clinic visits - Rx refill task support - Strong Medical
Director leadership/support - Quarterly all Endo provider meeting -
Quarterly medical director & provider check-ins Position Details: -
Work Schedule: 4:10 hours work week; Clinic hours: 7:30 am - 5:30
pm - Avg Daily Patient Census: 18-22 patients/day - 1 hour of
administrative time daily - Practice location is La Canada - Must
be comfortable with managing controlled substances,
chronic/complex/multi conditions and such as diabetes - No Call -

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic
school of medicine - Residency training in Internal Medicine -
Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology - Active,
unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one -
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly
rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99 We care about your
