Our hospitalists only treat Medicare Advantage patients under a managed care model. ~Closed ICU, no ER coverage, no procedures required. ~Our hospitalists work as a team and are provided with an excellent support structure We believe that better care for clinicians equates to better care for patients? Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary care, with a sustainable and thriving national health care organization Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, 401K with match, as well as PTO, 8 paid company holidays and one week of paid CME. Experience as a nocturnist ideal but not required Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
