Job Description Job Description The Staff Pad is seeking a
full-time, onsite Registered Nurse (Med/Surg – Day Shift) for a
healthcare facility in Las Vegas, New Mexico . In this role, you
will assess, plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for
patients while ensuring alignment with the medical plan of care and
institutional policies. You will be a vital member of the
healthcare team, providing compassionate, patient-centered care in
a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care with a strong focus on safety, quality,
and compassion. Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and
healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized
patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
as necessary. Educate patients and families about conditions,
treatments, and ongoing care. Maintain accurate, timely
documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory
standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing
program; BSN preferred. Minimum of six months of RN experience in a
relevant clinical area preferred. Current New Mexico RN license.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong critical
thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a team environment and remain composed
under pressure. Familiarity with EMR systems preferred. If you are
