Job Description:
Description: Full time 40 hour per week Join group of 5
pediatricians and 4 APP's 4 offices in the Las Vegas area
Supervision of NP's and PA's Hospital rounds are to be conducted
inside of assigned clinic hours. Group provides well child visits,
sick child visits, vaccinations, screenings/tests, school and
sports physicians, asthma program and more! Compensation: Salary
range is 160k base to 190k base depending on experience Our
providers earn anywhere from 10k to 50k in incentives each year.
Incentive bonus available. Employee will be paid a quality
incentive based on current incentive contracts established by the
practice 3 year contract Malpractice insurance,
Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with3% in matching contributions. 18
days PTOthat encompasses all vacation, sick and CME Employee will
receive paid holidays each yearand the practice will be closed: New
Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day. Two floating holidays that will be either the day
after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and/ or New Years Eve will also
be given as paid holidays. $1500 for CME Requirements: BE/BC

Las Vegas. Theres also the hot, dry weather to consider. While the
summer heat isnt for everyone, people who live in cold climates
might like the idea of trading below zero temperatures for 300 days
of sunshine each year!
