maintain an active, unencumbered RN license Current CPR
certification (with hands-on component) TB skin test -2 step
(current within last 12 months) Six months of prior hands-on
nursing experience Must have reliable transportation Demonstrated
proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance
with nursing care and policies and procedures Continuing Education
