Job Description: General Otolaryngologist (ENT) Kingman Regional Medical Center Kingman, Arizona Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a General Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing, community-focused health system in beautiful northwest Arizona. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering excellent support, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a thriving practice in a region with high demand and limited competition. Position Highlights Full-time General ENT position Established patient base with strong community need Hospital-employed with guaranteed salary and full benefits Flexible schedule with dedicated clinic time and OR block time Supportive surgical services and experienced anesthesia team Opportunity to expand services and develop areas of interest (peds ENT, allergy, sinus, head & neck, etc.) Modern equipment and updated surgical suites Collaborative environment across primary care, ER, pediatrics, oncology, and other specialties Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT care for pediatric and adult patients Perform in-office procedures (based on physician comfort and skill) Conduct surgical cases including tonsils, adenoids, sinus procedures, tympanostomy tubes, etc. Participate in shared call rotation Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives Help build, expand, and shape a growing ENT service line Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Eligible for Arizona medical license Strong clinical skills and interest in general ENT Commitment to compassionate patient care and community service New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply Why Choose KRMC?
