Position Job Opportunity – Travel RN CVICU – Las Vegas, Nevada
Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, 36
hours guaranteed, 13-week assignment with 4 weekend shifts per
4-week schedule Highlights: 340-bed acute-care teaching hospital
recognized for high patient satisfaction and compassionate care
12-bed Cardiothoracic ICU with 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios caring for
adult patients (18) Advanced equipment including ventilators,
balloon pumps, CRRT, Swan-Ganz, arterial lines, rapid infusers, and
blood warmers Part of a 3-star designated heart program with
nationally recognized cardiovascular and thoracic services Meditech
EMR system with collaborative charge nurse and RN team structure No
on-call requirement; may float to other ICU units, IMC, and ED hold
areas Requirements: Active RN license Current BLS and ACLS
certifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
Open heart surgery recovery experience preferred Proficiency in
caring for patients on ventilators, IABP, CRRT, Swan-Ganz/PA
catheters, and arterial/central lines Experience with bedside
procedures including central line placement, chest tube management,
thoracentesis, and intubation/extubation Fingerprinting required
