Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language

Overview A confidential, well-established multidisciplinary therapy
practice is seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to join its growing clinical team in Henderson, Nevada. This
practice provides comprehensive therapy services—including speech
and language therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, and
physical therapy—to clients across the lifespan, from infants
through adults. With multiple locations serving diverse
communities, the organization emphasizes compassionate,
individualized care and collaborative treatment planning. The ideal
candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and passionate
about delivering one-on-one therapy that makes a meaningful impact
on clients and families. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment &
Treatment Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language,
and swallowing disorders Diagnose communication and language
impairments across pediatric and adult populations Develop and
implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver
one-on-one therapy sessions and adjust interventions based on
client progress Collaboration & Family Engagement Collaborate
closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinical
teams Educate families on treatment goals, strategies, and progress
expectations Support continuity of care through coordinated
treatment planning Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and
timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and
progress notes Track outcomes and adjust care plans as clinically
indicated Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best
practices Required Qualifications Master’s degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Nevada
SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical knowledge in
speech, language, and communication disorders Experience with
dysphagia management preferred Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work effectively in a
collaborative, patient-focused environment Preferred Qualifications
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in outpatient,
clinic-based, or educational settings Bilingual skills (Spanish) a
plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary:
$90,000 – $110,000, based on experience Full-time, weekday schedule
