This position offers flexible scheduling options, a strong compensation package, modern charting systems, and long-term career growth in a collaborative outpatient setting. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and $4,000 relocation assistance are included. Position Overview · Permanent, full-time role · 40 hours per week · MEDITECH electronic medical record system · Outpatient clinical setting Shift Details · Schedule options available: -5 days per week, 8-hour shifts OR -4 days per week, 10-hour shifts Compensation & Incentives · Salary range: $85,280 – $107,432 annually (based on experience) · $15,000 sign-on bonus · $4,000 relocation assistance · Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities · Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting · Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals · Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities · Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs · Accurately document patient progress in MEDITECH · Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams · Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards Requirements · Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required) · BLS Certification (Required) · Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (Required) Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist seeking schedule flexibility, strong compensation, and the ability to build lasting patient relationships in an outpatient environment.
