seeking a skilled and experienced RN/ NPInjector to join our
growing team at a popular medical spa. This role involves providing
advanced aesthetic treatments to clients, including injectables
(Botox, Dermal fillers, PDO Threads, Facial Balancing with
Combination Therapies, PRP Treatments, Biofiller/PRF, &
Mesotherapy), under the supervision of a medical director. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, a meticulous
eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client
experiences. We are looking for a team-oriented mindset with a

Responsibilities:Client Care and Aesthetic Treatments: Perform
injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO
Threads and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with state
regulations and medical protocols. Medical Director will provide
additional advanced training. Conduct thorough client consultations
in-person and virtual consultations to understand aesthetic goals,
assess suitability for treatments, and create personalized
treatment plans. Educate clients on procedures, pre- and
post-treatment care, and set realistic outcomes. Ensure safe and
effective administration of treatments, adhering to best practices
and medical standards. Safety and Compliance: Maintain strict
compliance with health and safety protocols, including sanitation
and sterilization practices. Adhere to medical spa policies,
local/state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines. Maintain accurate
and thorough documentation of all client treatments and follow-up
care in the medical record system. Maintain professional liability
insurance. Maintain all active licenses with state and federal
regulations. Team Collaboration and Client Relationship Building:
Work closely with the medical director, nurses, aestheticians, and
other non-clinical staff to provide cohesive client care. Build
strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and
referrals. Participate in training sessions and stay current with
new techniques, products, and trends in medical aesthetics. Product
Knowledge and Sales Support: Recommend and educate clients on
skincare products, services, and packages that complement their
treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment plans and benefits of
combination therapies. Collaborate with the team to meet revenue
goals while maintaining a client-centered approach.
Qualifications:Education/ Certifications: Current and unencumbered
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada Certification or additional
training in administering injectables with (e.g., neurotoxins and
dermal fillers) required. IV Hydration skills, a plus. Advanced
certifications in aesthetic procedures (e.g., PDO threads, PRP,
Laser Therapy, Meso-therapy) preferred. Current BLS/CPR
certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred).
Professional liability insurance coverage (may be required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an advanced injector required.
Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience as in a medical spa,
dermatology, or plastic surgery setting. Must have proven track
record/portfolio of performing procedures such as: Neurotoxin
injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify Jeuveau) Dermal fillers
(cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, under-eye, temples) Bio-fillers
(PRP/PRF) and advanced regenerative injectables for skin
rejuvenation and PDO thread lifts (nonsurgical facelift with Cogs,
Bards, and/or Collagen sutures) Optional: Experience with laser
treatments, skin tightening, and IV therapyis a plus. Demonstrated
ability to assess facial anatomy, balance, and client goals to
create personalized treatment plans. CME/CE in nonsurgical
treatments and medical aesthetics required. Strong portfolio of
before-and-after work preferred as an injectors. Sales experience
strong plus. Social Media Savvy for industry is required for
related content/showcasing/education purposes. Skills: Exceptional
communication and consultation skills. Advanced knowledge of facial
anatomy and safe injection techniques. Excellent aesthetic judgment
with an eye for natural, balanced results. Ability to educate
clients on treatment options, pre/post care, and setting realistic
outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be
client-focused with luxury service delivery. Confident in caring
for all skin types and tones. Comfort with planning and documenting
treatment progress. Sales and upselling skills to promote packages,
memberships, and combination therapies for best outcomes. Strong
attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to remain calm
and professional in a fast-paced environment. Passion for
aesthetics and commitment to client satisfaction. Motivated to
