We serve patients across Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and self-pay, including undocumented individuals, with a strong emphasis on dignity, trust, and results-driven care. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in facial injections, enjoys helping clients achieve their personal goals, and wants to be part of a community-focused team that blends medical care and cosmetic treatments. Responsibilities: Provide Botox and dermal filler treatments (Juvederm, Skinvive, Kybella) Administer IV therapy, B12/lipotropic injections, and medical weight loss support Perform wellness consultations and create treatment plans Maintain detailed documentation per regulatory standards Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care Build strong patient relationships with a focus on inclusivity and trust Assist in in-office and off-site events promoting services Requirements: Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada 2 years of experience with aesthetic injections (required) Valid NPI Number Experience with BHRT, medical weight loss, or primary care a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Botox and fillers certified Critical Skills: Strong aesthetic eye and facial anatomy knowledge Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural healthcare settings Sales and upselling mindset is a plus
