Responsibilities Spring Valley Hospital is a member of The
Valley Health System, a network of six acute care hospitals that

Responsible for the nutritional care, treatment, rehabilitation and
education to patients based on patient assessments of needs,
conditions, impairments, disabilities and age. Duties include
assessing nutritional status, developing care plans, educating
patients and families, calculating nutritional and actual intakes
and preparing special diets. Qualifications Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field
approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). Experience
Completed a CADE-accredited supervised practice program at a
healthcare facility, community agency, or a foodservice
corporation, or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies.
Typically, a practice program will run six to twelve months in
length.
