Veteran-Owned, Black-owned private practice on the cusp of

traditional outpatient care to include more in-home and
community-based services. We're looking for a PTA who wants more

PTA (Hybrid: Outpatient In-Home) This isn't your typical clinic
role. You'll enjoy the variety of split settings, keeping your days
dynamic. You'll work with patients in both our outpatient clinic
and their home environments, bringing functional recovery directly
to where people live. What You'll Do : - Provide physical therapy
treatments in both outpatient and home settings - Assist with
exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training -
Document patient progress accurately in EMR - Educate patients and
caregivers on home exercise programs - Collaborate with our
interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/care team) Why You Should Apply : -
