What You ll Do
  • Provide high-quality neonatal care as a board-certified/board-eligible neonatologist.
  • Practice within a multidisciplinary model, collaborating with pediatric subspecialists to determine newborn treatment plans.
  • Support care delivery across two NICU settings, including coordination for ongoing clinical needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based medicine and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
  • Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) opportunities where available.
  • Manage neonatal inpatient coverage as scheduled, including on-call and weekends (details reviewed in interview).
