Job Description:
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote HIM Customer Service
Associate. Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Answering phone calls in a timely, proficient manner Understanding
and establishing authority of the caller prior to discussing PHI
Reviewing authorizations for ROI to ensure all elements are met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications: High School
Diploma or GED (or higher) 1+ years working in a HIM department or
similar or or 1+ years in a High Volume Call Center Ability to meet
productivity and quality goals/standards as set by the
Department
