Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The main focus of online sales.


*RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Answering phone calls

* Identifying customer issues

* Providing information as required by customers

* Maintaining customer interaction records

* Promoting products and cross-selling

* Problem-solving

* Identifying potential customers

* Assessing customer needs

* Closing sales

* Maintaining prospect databases

* Reporting to managers

* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, social media, and emails

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls

* Work with Instore customers

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
