THE PROGRAM:

As a Management Associate, you will gain experience and exposure to MGM Resorts, a global leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry. In this 9-month program, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and education and develop new ones! From Head Concierge to Guest Room Attendant roles, our Hotel Operations rotation gives program participants a critical working knowledge of the glue needed to maintain a wonderful experience for our guests. Participants will learn the core skills needed for hotel operations but also how to sprinkle charm and a little bit of glamour into everything they do!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead projects and manage teams during structured departmental rotations
• Collaborate with company leadership and operational experts during interactive learning sessions
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and operational enhancements
• Plan, research and execute Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
• Engage in self-directed work based on personalized learning plans aligned to goals and professional development opportunities in your chosen area of operation
  
  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  
  • Has successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Will be 21 years of age prior to the start of the program
  • Enjoys using critical thinking and problem solving in a fast paced and exciting environment
