Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand new family entertainment center. Spy
Ninjas HQ is a brand new first of its kind family entertainment
center in Las Vegas based on Spy Ninjas - the hit family-friendly
YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15
billion views across multiple branded channels. The park will
feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms,
climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100
arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more! Spy Ninjas HQ is
now hiring for multiple customer service positions:The Line Cook at
Spy Ninjas HQ will be on the front line of the Spy Ninja HQ
kitchen. All line cooks should be health and safety conscious. The
line cooks will exemplify a positive and professional demeanor will
all team members while performing kitchen duties and
responsibilities. This will include everything from setting up the
kitchen areas to preparing exceptional dishes to feed Spy Ninja HQ
guests. The line cook will help stock kitchen items, sanitize and
clean all kitchen areas, and prepare all menu items per direction
from the lead line cook and head chef. Line cooks should be ready
for a fast-paced environment at Spy Ninjas HQ.Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:Follow proper food handling/ sanitation procedures
at all times.Work with the lead line cook in executing scheduled
events by following the plan, producing quality food according to
the menu in a timely manner, and communicating written and verbally
as needed.Independently work a portion of some planned
events.Uphold quality and consistency in all menu items prepared
and served.Assist with breakdown and cleaning of kitchen at end of
scheduled shift.Complete incident/accident reports with assistance
from the lead line cook or head chef.Perform all reasonable
requests by the management team.Attend and participate in all
scheduled meetings and training sessions.Perform opening, mid-day,
and/or closing duties.Implement the proper execution of all
processes, systems, and standards set forth by the company.Other
duties as required.Qualifications for Success:Have a high school
diploma or GED.18 years of age or older.Energetic personality,
people-oriented, and team player.Ability to provide exceptional
customer service.1+ years of prior culinary lead position
experience in quality and/or high-volume establishment.Able to work
a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business
levels.Excellent knife skills.Ability to operate independently with
minimal direct supervision.Complete knowledge of proper culinary
methods, techniques and standards.Excellent attention to detail and
the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.Ability to
successfully uphold quality and consistency in all menu items
prepared and served.Ability to use various kitchen
equipment.Ability to identify and differentiate food items.Ability
to visually inspect, taste and smell products to ensure freshness
and quality.Demonstrate excellent time management
skills.Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.CPR and
first aid certified, or willing to become certified.Complete and
pass a background check.Requirements:Physical Demands: While
