Job Description Position Description: Carry bus tubs to kitchen (approximately 40 pounds). Sweep floors. Prepare written requisitions and order kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for buspersons such as napkins, flatware, and condiments. Job Functions Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight). Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments. Qualifications Position Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
