Inspect and garnish dishes before they leave the kitchen, maintaining our presentation standards. Coordinate communication between the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory of garnishes and plating supplies. Collaborate with the culinary team to understand menu items and ensure quality control. Qualifications: Prior experience in an Expo or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience through meticulous presentation and timing.
